Hengshui International New Education Town Project Contract Signed, Let Hengshui Voice Vibrate the World
In the afternoon of August 23rd, 2018, Hengshui International New Education Town Project Report Meeting was held at Hengshui Guest House. Vice Chairman of Hebei Provincial People’s Political Consultative Conference Mr. Bian Faji and the Secretary of CPC Hengshui Municipal Committee Mr. Wang Jingwu attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Other municipal leaders of Hengshui, including Lv Zhicheng, Sun Shiyan, Wang Yunying, Cui Haixia and Han Kejian, heads of the relevant departments of Hengshui city and some specially invited experts were present at the meeting. Deputy Mayor of Hengshui city Mr. Cai Haixia chaired the meeting and signed the framework agreement with Zhejiang Yongchang Ledi Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. on behalf of Hengshui municipal government.
The Project Manager of Zhejiang Yongchang Ledi Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Zhaoda and the Director of Planning Branch of Tongji University Architectural Design Group Mr. Zhang Li elaborated the resources, changes and improvement of Hengshui as a result of the project based on the overall situation of the New Education Town, including overall planning, core area planning, analysis of social benefits, main development body and development rhythm. The report was focused on the planning principles, cooperation mechanism, operation mechanism, school-running characteristics and the progress of the Sino-foreign cooperative education of the International Academy of Arts. Hengshui International New Education Town is composed of the sections of Academy of Arts, Public Arts, Riverside Landscape and Industry and Supporting Facilities. With higher international art education as the engine, it will use high quality international education resources and endow new connotation and quality to the education. Relying on famous colleges and universities, it will form education cluster, build education characteristic industries and create new education height in Hengshui. Centered on the aggregation of education colleges, it will realize full integration of education and industrial employment, urban life, R&D training and cultural creativity.
