Job Description：
1. Middle management position, to be responsible for main objectives and programs in the functional field;
2. Establish, attend or assist the implementation of related policies and systems by the superior leader;
3. Responsible for the daily management work of the department, as well as the management, guidance, training and assessment of the department staff;
4. Guide and coordinate the work of financial check, audit and accounting; supervise the implementation;
5. Establish, maintain and improve the financial management procedures and policies of the company; formulate the annual and quarterly financial plan;
6. Provide the management level of the company with various financial plans and necessary financial analysis;
7. Responsible for organizing the cost management work of the company;
8. Carry out cost forecast, control, accounting, analysis and assessment; ensure that the profit index of the company is completed.

Job Requirements:
1. Have the Bachelor Degree or above in accounting, finance, economy, management, etc. (a CPA preferred);
2. Own over-5-year financial management experience or over-3-year management work experience of similar real estate enterprises;
3. Familiar with the national financial policy, corporate financial system & process, and accounting computerization; proficient in related taxation laws and regulations;
4. Have a strong ability for cost management, risk control and financial analysis;
5. Have a good ability for organization, coordination and communication, and own the teamwork spirit, able to bear heavy work stress.
